Ethics & compliance
How we do business: the ethical and compliance principles that govern NEXA LLC and its partnerships.
Our commitment
NEXA LLC is committed to conducting its business lawfully, ethically and with integrity in every market it serves. As an authorised distributor of leading technology brands, we recognise that our partners and their customers rely on us to uphold the highest standards of business conduct. This statement summarises the principles that govern how we work, and it applies to all of our directors, employees and representatives.
Where we act as a distribution or channel partner, we support and align with the supplier and partner codes of conduct of the manufacturers we represent, and we are ready to formalise these commitments as part of any partner-onboarding or due-diligence process.
Anti-bribery & anti-corruption
We have zero tolerance for bribery and corruption in any form. We do not offer, promise, give, request or accept any bribe, kickback or improper advantage — whether to or from public officials or private parties, directly or through third parties — to obtain or retain business or any improper benefit. We do not make facilitation payments. We comply with the anti-corruption laws of the Republic of Armenia and with international standards, and we expect the same of the intermediaries who act on our behalf.
Gifts, hospitality & conflicts of interest
Business gifts and hospitality must be modest, infrequent, transparent and never given or received to improperly influence a decision. Our people are expected to avoid situations in which personal interests conflict — or appear to conflict — with those of the company or its partners, and to disclose any potential conflict.
Fair competition
We compete on the merits of our products and service. We do not engage in price-fixing, bid-rigging, market or customer allocation, or the improper exchange of competitively sensitive information, and we comply with the competition (antitrust) laws applicable to our activities.
Trade compliance: export controls & sanctions
We comply with applicable export-control and economic-sanctions regimes (including those of the Republic of Armenia and, where relevant, of the EU, the United States and the United Nations). We do not knowingly supply, divert or re-export products to sanctioned parties, embargoed destinations or prohibited end-uses, and we screen transactions where circumstances require. We cooperate with our vendors' trade-compliance requirements.
Anti-money laundering
We take reasonable steps to prevent our business being used to launder money or finance illicit activity, including knowing our counterparties and being alert to unusual payment or transaction patterns.
Information security & data protection
We protect the confidential information entrusted to us by customers, partners and vendors, and we handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy policy and applicable data-protection law. Our systems use encrypted transport and access controls, and credentials are kept in secure server-side configuration.
Human rights & labour
We respect internationally recognised human rights. We prohibit forced, bonded and child labour in our operations and expect our suppliers to do the same. We provide a safe and healthy working environment and treat our people fairly and without unlawful discrimination.
Environmental responsibility
We seek to limit the environmental impact of our activities and to promote the responsible handling and disposal of electrical and electronic equipment (e-waste), in line with applicable regulations and our vendors' sustainability programmes.
Expectations of partners & suppliers
We expect the partners, suppliers and intermediaries we work with to share these principles and to comply with all applicable laws. We are willing to accept and sign customer and vendor codes of conduct and compliance questionnaires as part of establishing a business relationship.
Reporting concerns
Anyone — employee, partner or third party — who becomes aware of a possible breach of law or of these principles is encouraged to report it to contact@nexa.am. Reports are treated confidentially, and we do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
