Scope

This policy explains what personal data NEXA LLC collects through this website and in the course of its B2B relationships, why we collect it, the legal bases for processing, how long we keep it, with whom we share it, and the rights available to you. It is drawn up in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On the Protection of Personal Data" (HO-49-N) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we collect

Data you provide: when you use the contact / quote form or otherwise contact us, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message, together with any details you choose to include (e.g. the products and quantities you need).

Business-relationship data: for customers, suppliers and partners we process the contact details and company information needed to issue quotes, fulfil orders, invoice and provide support.

Technical data: our host and email provider automatically process limited technical data (such as IP address and connection logs) needed to deliver and secure the service. We do not operate third-party advertising or behavioural-tracking tools.

Purposes & legal bases

We process personal data to: (a) respond to your enquiries and prepare quotations — legal basis: your consent and/or steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract; (b) manage the commercial relationship, orders, delivery, warranty and support — legal basis: performance of a contract; (c) comply with our legal, accounting and tax obligations — legal basis: legal obligation; and (d) ensure the security and proper functioning of our site and systems — legal basis: our legitimate interest.

Sharing & processors

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers acting on our behalf (processors) — notably our website host (Vercel Inc.) and our email/SMTP provider — and with public authorities where required by law. These providers are bound to process the data solely on our instructions and to protect it.

International transfers

Because some of our providers operate outside Armenia and the European Economic Area, your data may be processed abroad. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure an adequate level of protection through appropriate safeguards (such as the providers' contractual data-protection commitments).

Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above: enquiry data for the time needed to handle your request and a reasonable follow-up period; contractual and accounting data for the periods required by Armenian law. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access your personal data, to obtain its rectification or erasure, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting processing already carried out). To exercise these rights, write to contact@nexa.am; we may ask you to verify your identity.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority — in Armenia, the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice.

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction — including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and credentials kept in server-side configuration and never exposed in the website's code.

Cookies

This website uses only technical cookies strictly necessary for its operation and to remember display preferences. It does not use third-party advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies; certain features may then be affected.

Children's data

This website is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact contact@nexa.am and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The current version is always available on this page, with the "last updated" date shown below.
